Lead and manage end-to-end construction project execution (residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to timeline.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety requirements (WSH standards).
Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and project documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Lead and mentor site teams including engineers, coordinators, and supervisors.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in building construction.
Proven experience managing large-scale building projects from start to completion.
Strong knowledge of local building regulations, BCA requirements, and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
