Oversee the day to day running of all matters relating to the construction of this project with the assistance of M&E staffs, mainly on mechanical & electrical works.
Liaison with external parties such as clients, client representatives and authorities, etc.
Co-ordinate the works carried out by his/her M&E Engineer and M&E Co-ordinators.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
Review safety reports on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards and practices.
Monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures as required.
Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage to ensure within budget.
Requirements
Minimum a recognized Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines.
At least 5 years of working experience in building and construction projects.
Working knowledge in BIM model software.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
Team player and able to communicate well with the team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
