Our client, a japanese-owned regional merger and acquisition advisory firm, seek to hire a Project Manager - M&A Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead and coordinate end-to-end M&A transaction processes, including:
i. Preparing client meeting materials, memos, and questionnaires
ii. Collecting and validating company and business information
iii. Drafting Information Memorandums
iv. Managing due diligence processes and tracking documentation progress
. Support deal execution by:
i. Conducting financial analysis and due diligence
ii. Developing and maintaining financial and valuation models
iii. Preparing pitch books and presentation materials
iv. Assisting in deal negotiations and execution
. Act as a central point of coordination among internal teams, clients, and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction progress
. Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships
. Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across all parties involved in the transaction
Requirements
. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
. Solid understanding of M&A processes, transactions, and regulatory requirements
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in M&A advisory within a Big 6 audit firm or equivalent
. Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive deal execution
