Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Singapore

About the Company

We are working with a well-established global engineering and offshore services group supporting leading clients across the oil & gas, marine, energy, renewables, and infrastructure sectors.

With operations spanning multiple continents, this organization delivers complex, safety-critical projects involving offshore execution, asset integrity management, specialist inspections, and engineering-led solutions.

The Singapore office plays a key role in regional project delivery, working closely with global teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and international clients. As part of ongoing growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from initiation through execution and close-out.

The Role

This is a true end-to-end Project Management role with accountability for delivery, commercial performance, quality, HSE, and client satisfaction.

You will act as the company's primary representative to clients, managing internal and external stakeholders while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and client expectations
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling
  • Maintain strong commercial control, including:
  • Budget management and financial performance
  • Accurate monthly accruals and invoicing
  • Contribution margin delivery in line with company targets
  • Coordinate project personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and productivity
  • Procure subcontractor services in accordance with the authority matrix
  • Ensure robust reporting, communication routines, and documentation with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Actively identify and pursue additional scope or sales opportunities within projects where appropriate
  • Ensure projects comply with QA, HSE, and governing project management procedures
  • Liaise with Operations Management, HSE leadership, and Client Managers as required
  • Lead and supervise project teams, including appointed deputies and field leaders

HSE & Quality

  • Take a proactive role in achieving HSE objectives across all assigned projects
  • Ensure all activities align with company QA procedures, checklists, and governing documentation
  • Participate in project handovers from sales and ensure thorough contract reviews are completed
  • Immediately report and manage any deviations or risks to operations management

Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience within offshore services, asset integrity, inspection, or engineering environments
  • Strong understanding of offshore operations and field execution realities
  • Commercially minded with solid cost control and margin awareness
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Confident representing the company to global clients and auditors
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to be hands-on and go the extra mile to resolve project challenges
