Description
We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and analytically minded Project Management Trainee with a strong interest in driving deep tech and innovation-focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking key project deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and support issue-resolution strategies.
- Prepare documentation including project status reports, meeting notes, and performance dashboards.
- Participate in progress reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to real-world scenarios.
- Contribute to the overall success of innovation-driven projects in areas such as AI, sustainability, MedTech, and advanced manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of full-time work experience fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello) is an advantage.
- Basic programming skills, and preferably fundamental knowledge in network and application architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
