- Initiate contact with prospective clients to present and promote the company's AI products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to support retention and growth
- Support business development and client communication activities to enhance market presence
- Manage administrative operations including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination to optimize workflow
- Assist leadership in operational planning and execution to align projects with company goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in project management, business development, operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Highly organized with proven project coordination and multitasking abilities
