Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage lighting projects from tender / bidding to project completion, including project scope, budgeting, procurement, supplier coordination with local and overseas manufacturers.
Oversee liaison with customers, main contractors, M&E consultants, and architects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Review contracts, technical specifications, and project drawings to identify potential risks, discrepancies, scope gaps, and variations at an early stage.
Monitor project expenditure & profit margins costs including variations & progress claims, final accounts settlements.
Provide project reporting to management on project progress, cash flow forecasts, and key operational or commercial matters.

Requirements:

Tertiary / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
Prior experience in lighting control systems would be an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
