Job Description
Lead the organization, planning, control, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements while coordinating site works and resolving technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, control, and execute construction projects to meet schedule and quality objectives
- Implement and maintain safety controls aligned with the works programme to ensure safe project execution
- Ensure all works comply with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract terms, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor, control, and coordinate site activities with operations teams and contractors to optimize workflow
- Identify and resolve technical difficulties and project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and risks
