Project Manager Lead (enterprise systems)
Lead the strategy, enhancement, and integration of the organization's systems. Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to streamline processes, drive digital adoption, and ensure technology supports institutional goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Define system roadmap and oversee delivery of enhancements on time and within budget.
- Align and integrate processes across departments to support the organization's strategy.
- Partner with process owners to review workflows and improve administration.
- Drive adoption of technology to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure data is accurate, secure, and leveraged for analytics and decision-making.
- Oversee change and risk management to minimise disruption and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to set priorities and deliver business solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience, including 10+ years in project/change management with large-scale systems.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with enterprise systems or higher education operations preferred.
- Proven track record in system implementation and process optimisation.
- Analytical, strategic, and adaptable in managing complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree required PMP/PRINCE2/CITPM certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle, RPA (UiPath/Power Automate), or Denodo is an advantage.
