Job Description & Requirements
- Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.
- Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
- Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
- Ensure all works carried out meet company's quality standards & requirements.
- Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
- Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HDB project
- Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB recognized)
