About the Role
This is not a desk-bound coordination role, it's for a hands-on leader who thrives on turning plans into built reality. You'll take full ownership of steel fabrication and installation projects, from being part of the tender stage to handing over a completed project to the client , with every safety, quality, and fulfilment standard met along the way.
Our projects range from structural steel and crash-rated bollards to embedded items and general building works, where precision, safety, and timelines are non-negotiable. Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute - Drive projects from tender award to final handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.
- Lead Teams - Manage internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
- Technical Control - Review & follow up on drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications.
- Safety & Compliance - Prepare, update, and manage RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work Procedures), and MOS (Method of Statement) in line with Singapore safety standards.
- Site Presence - Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
- Stakeholder Liaison - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters.
- Track & Report - Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits.
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5+ years proven project management experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication works.
- Strong working knowledge of RA, SWP, MOS, and MOM/BCA safety regulations.
- Ability to run multiple project timelines without losing detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
