We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager :
- To oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications.
- Leads the project team in planning and executing day-to-day operations, managing submission to authority for approval to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand detailed project requirements, participate in contract reviews and tender clarification meetings, and assess the company's ability to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Ensure all project activities comply with government regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor the performance of all subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met, while also collaborating closely with consultants on design approvals and resolving technical issues.
- Regular site meetings with clients and consultants will be part of your responsibilities, along with enforcing consistent environmental, safety, and health practices on site.
- Ensure the successful delivery of the project within the specified time frame, budget, and quality expectations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board
- Qualification acceptable to IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Council (JAC) as a Resident Engineer
- Accredited Construction Professional (Tier C) or above by SCAL
- Tier 3 Certified Project Manager (CPM) Accreditaion or above by Society of Project Managers
- Experience in either Civil or Structural Engineering projects or Pipeline Projects - 5 years and above
- Autocad skills
