Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Lead to drive technology initiatives across our core operational and trade workflows. In this role, you will manage end-to-end digital tools—from initial deal structuring through to supply chain execution and financial settlement—leveraging systems and data insights to modernize critical business processes. This position requires a strong technical background paired with a solid grasp of industrial or heavy-resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of operational technology projects using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Collaborate across internal business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to align project goals with business outcomes.
• Monitor initiative progress, schedules, and resource allocation using modern delivery tools.
• Oversee system rollouts across core business platforms, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), commodity/trade management (CTRM), logistics, and analytics solutions.
• Identify, mitigate, and report risks, scope changes, and operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate project records, implementation roadmaps, and end-user documentation.
• Lead technical workshops, alignment sessions, and change management efforts for user groups.
• Enforce organizational standards around data governance, system security, and compliance.
• Engage with regional or site-level stakeholders as needed to assess operational requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading or coordinating technology initiatives.
• Proven background working within industrial, heavy manufacturing, energy, or natural resources sectors.
• Familiarity with standard management platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture, data privacy, and security protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Comfortable working across distributed, global, or multi-cultural teams.
