Job Summary
Lead technical teams and manage resources to execute excavation and pipe laying projects. Collaborate with consultants and government agencies to ensure compliance and safety throughout project lifecycles.Able to assist in pricing works.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate existing teams to optimize resource planning and project execution
- Collaborate with Senior Management to address technical challenges and deliver project outcomes
- Manage contracts from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Apply civil engineering expertise in excavation and pipe laying for sewer, drain, cable, and telecom works
- Work with Professional Engineers and consultants to develop temporary shoring designs for project safety
- Liaise effectively with government departments such as PUB to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and contribute to workforce development and business growth
- Demonstrate commitment to long-term organizational leadership and continuous improvement
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant Singapore certificates such as Project Manager Safety and Technical Certificates
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in core activities of excavation and pipe laying for sewer, drain, cable, and telecom works
