Job Title: Project Manager (Junior / Associate Level)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior / Associate Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will assist in managing project execution and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate resources, address issues, and facilitate communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and team in creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient allocation of resources and team members.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support risk management processes by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in managing client communications to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Provide project support during evaluations and post-project reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology).
- 1-2 years of relevant project management experience or similar industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and positive team player, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong written and spoken English skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with the local industry dynamics and regulations in Singapore is a plus.
- Experience in IT, Engineering, Construction, or other related project management fields is preferred.
