Job Summary

You will manage multiple interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from initiation through completion, coordinating vendors and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards across various sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent fit-out and refurbishment projects, coordinating vendors to prevent downtime and ensure smooth progress
• Prepare detailed project specifications, timelines, tender/bid documents, and procurement plans to support project execution
• Produce and submit weekly project reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
• Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines by monitoring costs, schedules, and risks actively
• Survey client needs, conduct commercial assessments, and prepare project management proposals to align solutions with client objectives
• Apply value engineering, buildability analysis, and critical design reviews to optimize project outcomes and mitigate risks
• Lead and motivate project teams by fostering collaboration, clear communication, and a creative work environment
• Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders to understand perspectives and build strong working relationships
• Use technology platforms effectively to enhance project management processes and digital delivery
• Manage site operations efficiently, handling complex challenges with urgency and resilience
• Negotiate risk-assessed solutions to resolve ambiguities and competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Maintain a structured, organized approach with attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in project management within consultancy, contractor, or consultant roles
• Background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering is advantageous
• Degree in a relevant field and/or 3 to 10 years experience in design, construction, or project management of interior fit-out projects for multinational clients
