Job Summary
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while coordinating teams and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects from initiation to handover, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and monitor progress continuously
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and smooth execution of tasks
- Oversee daily project operations to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
- Control project costs and budgets, including managing claims and related expenses
- Conduct project inspections and implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders by attending coordination meetings and resolving project issues
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and quality objectives
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide regular updates to management on project status
