Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing teams and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.

. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

. Ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.

. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

. Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Diploma holders will relevant working experience will also be considered.

. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

. Proven experience in project management (typically 5+ years).

. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

. Budgeting and financial tracking experience.

. Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
