Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure smooth project handover from deployment teams to operations. The role focuses on transition governance, documentation management (designs, architecture, knowledge base), and stakeholder coordination. This is not a people management role, but requires strong organizational and communication skills across both infrastructure and application projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transition from deployment to operations.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation handover.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks, gaps, or dependencies.
- Maintain project governance, compliance, and reporting during transitions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 6-7 years of project coordination/management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks experience in hybrid environments a plus.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure Projects.
- PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
- Agile/Scrum Master certification or working experience in Agile delivery is an advantage.
- Exposure to both infrastructure and application projects.
