Project Manager (IT & Business Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and business initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, vendor management, and ensuring strong project governance. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage external vendors, including contracts, performance, and service delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
• Track project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders

Project Governance & Compliance

Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where required.
Prepare regular status reports for management and steering committees
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
Proven experience managing vendors and external partners
Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and risk management
Experience delivering projects in a structured environment
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
