• lead and coordinate project planning and execution
• manage and support project teams throughout the lifecycle
• build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication
• monitor progress and prepare performance reports
• attend site meetings and oversee construction activities

knowledge and skills

• diploma/degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management
• 5-8 years of experience, including 3+ years in A&A works
• proficient in MS Project and construction troubleshooting
• able to work independently and under pressure
• strong communication and teamwork skills
