Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects within the Tuas West region. This role is key to ensuring seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and effective coordination across stakeholders while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

If you are a hands-on leader with proven construction project management experience, this opportunity offers you the chance to manage impactful large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to drive efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction or pharmaceutical/industrial projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and adaptable approaches.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required by project progress.
