Project Manager - Insurance

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services / Implementation team. The Project Manager will lead client-facing delivery of insurance software solutions, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to successful deployment at insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact with insurer clients, ensuring clear communication of project scope, status, and deliverables
• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
• Define and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate activities between internal teams
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with client teams and manage issue resolution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in life or health insurance
• Track record delivering projects with insurance policy admin, or core insurance platforms (eBao, Sapiens, Majesco, Oracle Insurance, TCS BaNCS, GGY Axis, Prophet, PathWise, etc.)
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
