We are looking for a driven Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of project delivery across our Computer Vision and Automation product lines.
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key bridge between our engineering teams and clients. You will own the end-to-end delivery of CV and automation projects - from requirements gathering and planning through to deployment and acceptance. This role requires strong communication in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track in a fast-paced environment.
While deep technical expertise is not a prerequisite, you should be comfortable working alongside engineers, understanding technical discussions at a high level, and translating client requirements into actionable project plans.
Key Responsibilities
. Own and drive end-to-end project delivery for Computer Vision (ZeroDefect) and Automation (Autopilot) client engagements, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (semiconductor fabs, IDMs, OSATs), managing expectations, progress updates, and escalations.
. Coordinate cross-functional teams including CV engineers, automation developers, data scientists, and field deployment engineers across Singapore, Malaysia and China team.
. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports present regular updates to CTO and client stakeholders.
. Translate client requirements and business objectives into clear, actionable specifications for the engineering team.
. Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders, ensuring alignment across geographies.
. Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones using structured project management methodologies.
. Identify risks and issues proactively, and drive resolution with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
. Support internal process improvement initiatives, including documentation standards, OKR tracking, and team collaboration workflows.
. Participate in pre-sales activities such as proposals, SOW drafting, and client presentations when required.
Requirements
Must-Have:
. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, AI/ML, manufacturing, or semiconductor-adjacent industries.
. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) - both written and spoken are essential for client and team communication.
. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and follow-through you take ownership of deliverables and see them through to completion.
. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. . Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior client contacts.
. Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
Nice-to-Have:
. Experience with AI/ML or computer vision projects (understanding of the product lifecycle, not necessarily hands-on coding).
. Familiarity with semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments (AOI, wafer inspection, factory automation).
. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
. Experience working with cross-border teams (China, Europe) and navigating cultural nuances.
. Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, or similar project tracking platforms.
. Basic understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
