Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) project, ensuring timely execution across multiple phases (Discovery, Inventory, Renewal, Post-Deployment)
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders (Application teams, Infrastructure, Network, Security, GIPS, Procurement) to align on project milestones and deliverables
• Drive governance and compliance with SDM processes, TAGC/ITC requirements, and architecture gates
• Manage vendor engagement for solution implementation, configuration, and integration
• Oversee integration activities with systems such as MCA (Microsoft CA), PWV (CyberArk PAM), Helix (ITSM), and CMDB
• Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; escalate issues to PSC as needed
• Prepare and present project status reports, financial tracking, and KPI updates to senior management
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, and operational readiness standards for CLX deployment in UAT and Production
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 6–10 years in IT project management within banking or financial services
• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure or security-related projects with multiple integration points
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate governance processes
• Familiarity with SDLC, SDM, and architecture governance (TAGC, ITC)
• Understanding of certificate lifecycle management concepts (TLS/SSL, PKI, CA integration)
• Ability to manage vendors and internal teams under tight timelines
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Exposure to CyberArk or similar certificate lifecycle tools is a definite advantage
Technical Skills:
· Office suite: Excel, powerpoint, word · Windows, linux based systems · Basic level scripting
