Project Manager (Infrastructure)

This is a 12-month contract to start and has an opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent status.

Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or project management roles
• Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in hospitality, integrated resorts, large venues, or data center environments.
• Network design (Wi-Fi, VLANs, structured cabling)
• AV/IT convergence
• Data center and server room standards
• Smart systems (e.g., BMS, IoT, in-room tech)
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall)

Preferred:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Familiarity with technologies like Cisco, Aruba, VMware, Microsoft Azure, or Crestron

Key Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially in a multi-vendor environment
• Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders under tight timelines
• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure, 24/7 operations environments
