Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning to delivery, manage stakeholders confidently, and drive execution across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
This role is not just about tracking timelines. The Project Manager must be able to understand the project objective, manage moving parts, anticipate risks, push for decisions, and keep delivery on track.
The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, firm when needed, and able to operate in a fast-paced implementation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from kickoff, planning, execution, go-live, and handover.
- Own project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal technical teams, operations teams, and management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations clearly, especially on scope, timeline, risks, and changes.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare minutes, track follow-ups, and drive closure.
- Identify project risks early and escalate with clear facts, options, and recommendations.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, system setup, testing, training, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Monitor scope and support change request assessment when requirements change.
- Ensure deliverables are properly documented, reviewed, accepted, and handed over.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in IT, software, automation, system implementation, infrastructure, or operational projects is preferred.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to manage pressure, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Strong documentation, reporting, meeting, and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working with vendors, customers, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Familiarity with project tools such as Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with system implementation, workflow projects, integration, automation, infrastructure, robotics or software delivery is a plus
- Exposure to UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, support transition processes
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Reporting Line
Reports to the Project Director / Head of Projects / PMO Lead.
