Project Manager

In charge of the entire Project Management cycle, from initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

To ensure effective project planning and implementation, efficient use of resources, and proper co-ordination and delegation of works to successfully complete project by the contractual deadline and within the budgeted cost.

Lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision.

Identify and resolve operational and technical problems and minimize delays.

Co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.

Preferably with more than 5 years of project management experience .

Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 1pm

Required to work on construction sites

Number of Vacancies: 1 Project Manager - Civil and Structure, 1 Project Manager - Mechanical or Electrical. Total 2 Project Managers.
