Job Summary
Lead and manage the delivery of railway and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion through effective coordination, resource control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of railway and infrastructure projects to achieve project goals and client satisfaction
- Manage tunnel works, night possessions, and on-site execution to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Coordinate with LTA, SMRT/SBS Transit, consultants, and subcontractors to align project activities and resolve issues
- Control project programme, cost, manpower, and resources to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), rail safety, and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions to support project execution
- Drive project progress within strict timelines, including managing 2-3 hour work windows for critical tasks
- Prepare project reports, lead client meetings, and resolve project issues to maintain transparent communication and stakeholder engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience managing infrastructure or railway projects
- Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair, structural works, railway safety, possession planning, and Singapore WSH regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong experience working in LTA, MRT, or tunnel environments (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in complex project settings
