Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing to guide project execution
- Manage laser machines integration projects or system activities to achieve defined goals and timelines
- Participate in staffing decisions to align team capabilities with project requirements
- Assign duties or work schedules to employees to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve laser machines integration issues promptly and effectively
- Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel to ensure clear accountability and task completion
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems, maintaining project progress and quality
- Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel to provide transparent progress updates
- Develop or update project plans to reflect changes in objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing
