Project Manager (ID Fit out, Hotel Industry)

About us:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our talented team. You will lead high-profile hospitality and hotel projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery from concept to completion while upholding company commitment to quality, innovation, and design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hotel, hospitality projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and scope.

• Coordinate closely with hotel owners, operators, brand representatives, architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to align project objectives.

• Deliver compelling project presentations and design pitches to clients, hotel operators, and stakeholders to secure approvals and buy-in.

• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring minimal disruption to operations where applicable.

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and hospitality brand standards.

• Manage site progress, quality control, and handover processes to meet hotel operational and brand requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance project team.

• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, risk management, and solution-oriented problem-solving.

Requirement:

• O level, Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Building & Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience managing hotel, hospitality, F&B, or luxury commercial interior projects is highly preferred.

• Minimum 5 years experience for Project Manager role.

• Strong track record of delivering complex hospitality projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with hotel operator requirements, brand standards, and operational considerations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.

• Solid understanding of Singapore building regulations and approvals processes.
