Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (ICT) to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value, or strategic ICT projects across diverse industries. You will be responsible for full project lifecycle managementensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with stakeholder requirements. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex ICT projects with high quality, on budget, and within schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular status updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor resource utilization to support effective planning and scheduling.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, applying mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Handle project escalations and control changes in scope, schedule, or resource allocation through formal change control processes.
- Collaborate closely with business/product managers and support teams to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
- Contribute to organizational excellence by participating in PMO governance, mentoring junior project managers, and supporting presales or corporate initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Project Management Certification is required (e.g., CITPM, PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, AGPM).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale ICT projects.
- Experience across sectors such as Government, Education, Healthcare, FSI, or Hospitality is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a large matrix or multinational organization.
- Familiarity with PMO governance and best practices in project management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage and align diverse groups.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering results.
- Logical, analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
