Project Manager Railway Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major railway infrastructure initiative. This role requires strong expertise in railway construction and a solid background in power rail systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of a railway construction project.
- Oversee design, construction, and commissioning activities related to civil work, trackwork, and power rail systems.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience within railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of power rail systems.
- Prior experience working with trackwork companies will be highly regarded.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines and high safety standards.
