Project Manager - (HVAC/ ACMV)

Job Responsibilities:

. Plan, manage, and supervise ACMV/HVAC works on-site from commencement to completion.

. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.

. Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.

. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and work schedules to meet project timelines.

. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations.

. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and discrepancies promptly.

. Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV/HVAC systems.

. Prepare and submit progress reports, site records, and documentation.

. Attend site meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.

. Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes.

. Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

. Familiar with BCA, WSH, and relevant Singapore standards.

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work odd hours (if necessary)

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm

Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
