Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical installation and activities
  • Interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and industry standards
  • Oversee installation of power, lighting, fire alarm, data, and communication systems
  • Manage and monitor work progress against project schedule
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site supervisors
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Enforce site safety protocols for all electrical personnel
  • Track and manage materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports
  • Resolve technical issues and site conflicts related to electrical systems
  • Coordinate with other services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) to avoid clashes
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
