The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives. The role requires a structured delivery mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across hospitality technology and operational initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure consistent and controlled delivery.
  • Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and governance updates.

Hospitality Systems & Operations Engagement

  • Partner with hotel operations teams such as Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Finance, and F&B to understand business requirements.
  • Support initiatives involving hospitality systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), point-of-sale platforms, guest engagement systems, and back-of-house applications.
  • Translate operational requirements into clear project deliverables and implementation plans.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with service excellence and guest experience standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to align expectations and drive decision-making.
  • Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and timelines to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support change management activities including user communications, training coordination, and rollout planning.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations.
  • Work with support teams to ensure post-implementation stability and issue resolution.

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure projects adhere to internal governance standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet agreed functional and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of project management experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or service-oriented industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering technology or operational projects in hotel or resort environments.
  • Experience working with hospitality systems such as PMS or guest-facing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
  • Strong project planning, execution, and governance skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, operationally intensive environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting large-scale hospitality or integrated resort operations.
  • Familiarity with system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of service excellence and guest experience considerations.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
