Project Manager

1. Responsible for the overall project management control and execution

2. lead team of technical professional to comply with consultant requirement

3. Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.

4. Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

5. Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.

6. Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.

7. Manage subcontractors activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.

8. Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.

9. Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.

10. Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.

11. Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.

12. Supervise daily site activities.
