Job Description
- Lead the project team for relevant authority submission clearances.
- Experienced in all phases of a project life cycle.
- Experienced in handling PUB or LTA projects with track record.
- Experience in utility management, shaft and manhole construction, road diversion will be advantageous.
- Having a track record for underground works is a must.
- Possess clear communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree related to built environment from an approved university (refer to BCA's List of Acceptable Qualifications for Accreditation of Resident Engineer) with 12 years working experience and at least 7 years in project management.
- Able to prepare and do presentations to all stake holders.
- Able to tackle construction technical issues and suggest solutions.
- Able to plan and lead the project from start to finish.
