Project Manager

Job Duties:

. Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
. Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
. Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to
ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
. Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility
requirements.
. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, andbest practices throughout the project lifecycle.
. Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently,implementing cost-control measures to avoid
overruns.
. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and
expectations are met.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
. Minimum 10 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least two completed project cycles.
. At least CPAS Tier B certificate of accreditation.
. Possess BIM Management certification and DfSP (Design for Safety Professional) certification.
. Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record in the building industry.
. Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
. Able to work in fast paced environment.
. Must able to lead the project team.
