Project Planning & Scheduling

• Plan work schedules and monitor project progress
• Develop project timelines and construction activities
• Plan manpower, materials, and resource allocation

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion
• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings and coordinate construction works

Safety & Quality Control

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WSH regulations
• Ensure quality of work meets project requirements and specifications
• Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly

Cost Control & Reporting

• Control project costs, materials, and manpower
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Monitor project performance and work completion status

Team Management

• Lead and supervise site supervisors and workers
• Coordinate project teams to ensure smooth site operations
