Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Construction Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction site operations and ensure project progress according to schedule.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Plan and supervise site activities including manpower allocation, materials, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, MOM safety requirements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality of work.

• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation.

• Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and operational problems.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality control.

• Ensure proper communication between project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.

• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH practices.

• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

• WSH or safety certification is an advantage.
