Overall Responsibility
Manage property transaction projects for our Logistics warehouses, terminals and offices across Region APAC
Success Criteria/KPI
- Successfully manage the full cycle of property transactions
- Deliver business cases that fulfill global financial targets
- Efficiently provide relevant subject matter support to the Investment Management team in relation to sale and leaseback transactions
Key Tasks
- Manage the full cycle of property transactions from initiation to completion
- Support our sale and leaseback transactions
- Work on business cases related to our property portfolio and ensuring that our property projects fulfil DSV's global financial targets
- Handle leases and provide advice on lease agreements to local country managers
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as real estate investors, legal advisors, and internal customers
Professional Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in property transactions and project management in the region
- Educational background in property management, finance or law
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, as a minimum (proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)

- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to run projects independently whilst knowing when to consult and/or align with internal managers or stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with diverse cultures
