About the Role
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes across the organization.
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and milestones
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate effective collaboration
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings and status updates
- Motivate team members and resolve conflicts
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively address issues and roadblocks as they arise
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain risk registers and issue logs
- Implement contingency plans when necessary
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related inquiries
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Facilitate meetings and ensure productive outcomes
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Track project expenses and ensure cost control
- Optimize resource allocation across projects
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts as needed
Process Improvement
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories
- Implement and refine project management standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of project management experience with proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
- Budget management and financial reporting experience
- Change management and remote team experience
