About Our Client

Job Description
- Drive end-to-end project execution, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Engage key stakeholders to gather requirements, address priorities, and implement communication plans that ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and lead effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at mid to senior levels, providing strong governance and confident decision-making under pressure.
- Manage project financials, including cost negotiations, budget control, resource efficiency, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting, and to measure realised benefits post-implementation.
- Deliver clear and regular project status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, outlining progress, risks, issues, and recommended actions.
- Lead change management initiatives, including training and stakeholder engagement, to support adoption and successful delivery of outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- A strong background in project management within the logistics or retail industry, experience in handling fresh food and groceries is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Analytical skills to assess project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
