Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to drive the success of our digital products by ensuring they reach and delight our users. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality products, gather user insights, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product success by managing delivery and adoption, ensuring products reach end-users effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews and gather actionable insights.
- Liaise with Engineering teams to track and prioritize bug fixes and feature requests.
- Provide ongoing product support and ensure seamless user experience.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering digital products.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, or Balsamiq.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Prior experience in user research or conducting user interviews.
