Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Define and manage project schedules, scope and deliverables to meet business and user experience goals
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, translating needs into actionable design and technical strategies
• Lead collaboration across UX/UI, Engineering and QA to align design intent with technical execution
• Facilitate key sessions (workshops, design reviews, validation) to maintain high standards of design quality and usability
• Analyze client requirements to define clear functional, experiential and measurable success metrics
• Guide teams in making informed trade-offs to balance design ambition with delivery feasibility
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities, communicating effectively to stakeholders and leadership
• Oversee quality and consistency of all project artifacts, from architecture to final reports

What Will Make You Shine

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design Management, or a related field (Master's or international background preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a software, digital agency, or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred)
• Proven experience integrating UX/UI design, research, and usability into the delivery process
• Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for consulting, workshops and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to balance user-centered design with business/technical constraints
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting to dynamic environments

Nice to Have

• Able to plan, estimate and control project costs
• Able to coach, mentor and support less experienced PMs and help them resolve complex problems
• CSM/PSM or PMP certification is a plus
