Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate fire protection projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on project status, variations, and technical compliance.
- Monitor material usage, deliveries, and project cost control.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate project documentation.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or fire protection works.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills able to manage multiple projects independently.
