Job Description:
Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project / program / term contract, including developing short and long-range targets, daily activities, safety, quality, financial controls, and reporting and coordination of all stakeholders and subcontractors.
Familiarize, comprehend and execute contracts requirement.
Candidate will need to plan the work schedules and efficiently organize the project/maintenance activities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
Will attend regular meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Resolve technical and contractual difficulties and other issues that may arise. Candidate will need to be able to communicate to senior management concisely and confidently and ensure solutions and contingencies are provided for each problem faced.
Write technical report and proposal upon project request.
Manage sub-contractors to oversee the day to day delivery of projects within different delivery models.
Have experience in using productivity tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Maintenance Resource Planning (MRP).
Responsible for the EHS implementation and performance of the project. Ensure the EHS provisions and requirements are adhered to by all clients, consultants and contractors
Review EHS procedures and requirements, other EHS issues and recommendations for improvement on EHS issues. Provide feedback EHS matters or information to senior management for each project site
Ensure that all statutory requirements of the Regulations, Codes of Practice and company's safety rules & regulations are complied with at all times
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management (10 Years relevant experience, inclusive 2 years Singapore experience) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management (8 Years relevant experience, inclusive 2 years Singapore experience) either in a Facilities Operations Experience in FM Service Provider or from Engineering/Construction Sector
The ability to manage Hard and Soft FM Services
Experience in Integrated Facility Management, or maintaining and managing building mechanical and electrical services, (eg. ACMV, chiller, pumping system, barriers), fire protection system (eg, fire alarm system, dry riser, sprinkler system, wet chemical suppression, etc), Town Gas, lift, security system, programmable logic controller, building automated system, public address system, high volume low speed fan (HVLS), and others
Good written and communication skills
