Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning and manage all project operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and maintain schedules.
  • Lead the project team in managing operations, schedules, and specifications.
  • Control operational costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Manage site documentation and filing in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors activities to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
  • Ensure project quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
  • Lead and guide the project team and subcontractors to achieve timely completion.
  • Provide leadership to the project management and construction teams.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project and cash flow reports.
  • Support tendering activities when required.Carry out any other duties as directed by the Managing Director.
