Project Manager (Facade/Aluminum Works)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee aluminum facade projects (curtain walls, windows, cladding) from conception to handover.

• Coordinate with consultants and China-based drafting teams to ensure timely shop drawing approvals.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to execute works according to drawings, budget, and schedule.
• Liaise with main contactors and clients to resolve technical site issues.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality control (CONQUAS), and material procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in aluminum/facade projects.
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Possess BCSS or relevant safety certification.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
